Welcome to Carolina Caviar! I'm your typical Southern girl who loves family, friends and football. What's the one constant in all of those things? Yummy food! After getting many requests from friends to cook for their tailgates, I decided to offer the same treats to you! On the menu you will find tailgate treats, classic comfort food and some lighter fare. Most dishes can come frozen (perfect for stocking the freezer with) or fresh, ready to be baked or warmed for serving. I also love getting creative in the kitchen, so feel free to suggest a dish you would enjoy!

Spinach Salad
Baby spinach with toasted almonds, red onions and herb-encrusted goat cheese. Served with a bacon vinaigrette.
